Mary appeared unexpectedly and showed Mrs. Mundorf a vision:

I see it is Springtime, because I see cherry blossoms near the water in Washington, D.C. Suddenly, I can see New York City and a monstrous ocean wave rushing up against it. I see a sign saying "42nd St." and the wave passes through a tall building and gushes out the other side, jetting water and shattered glass out the leeward windows.

Next, I am shown the Statue of Liberty, which has been bent at an angle due to the massive impact of the wave, and only her head and raised arm are showing above the water, and the torch is missing from her raised arm. All of New York City and Long Island is under water, as well as New Jersey, except for occasional islands of higher land.

I am given the understanding that around this time there are major cataclysms elsewhere. Volcanic eruptions in the North Western USA, which start a chain of earthquakes, reaching all the way down to California. I am shown the Golden Gate Bridge which is crushed by the tsunami, except for the northern (Marin County) end. Most all of California is in ruins.

East of the State of Texas, there is massive destruction that progresses all the way north to Canada, which appears to be like a long river or inland ocean. The Dakotas are mostly covered with water, as is much of the USA. Instead of the continent of the USA one usually sees, I see only scattered islands where the USA had once been.

I have been shown a large object hitting the Earth, which originated from space, and am given that this is the cause of the waves destroying the Eastern USA seaboard and heavily damaging the Statue of Liberty.

I was finally shown the White House in Washington, D.C., and it was collapsing under the impact of bombs in a war. -

Background:

Recently Pat Mundorf (Dec 12th 1998) sent a message (vision) about a tsunami hitting New York City (resulting from a meteor hit) in the Atlantic Ocean. This would occur in "the springtime when the cherry blossoms are in bloom" but no year was noted. It was also mentioned "extensive flooding would occur east of Texas" - covering much of the eastern seaboard. It was also noted that a tsunami would hit the West Coast [Golden Gate Bridge] and most all of California.

Twenty years ago I was involved in design of offshore oil platforms (wave loading) in the North Sea (huge platforms designed using 110 foot wave height-actually occurred several times in past ten years) as well as with shock physics hydrocodes including being an expert in shock hardening of the US Navy's ships and submarines. I was very curious about why Washington DC was not flooded as well as how accurate was the description about the Statue of Liberty being bent backwards by a tsunami with a wave height "passing below the shoulders" that was shown in a vision. Several sources in passed along some references on NASA/Sandia research on a hit by a comet offshore. Interestingly, Sandia ran their shock code on the world's largest supercomputer for (different) comet strikes offshore New York City starting in May 1998

Sandia Simulations:

The Sandia computer simulations assume a 0.84 mile wide comet (weighing one billion tons) travelling @120,000 mph hits the Atlantic Ocean @ 45-degree angle about 600 miles offshore of New York City! The impact energy is equivalent to 3000 to 5000 trillion tons of TNT. It would vaporize (within 0.7 sec) about 86 cubic miles of ocean water (throwing superheated steam into sub-orbital trajectories (>100000 feet) ) covering much of the world. It would leave an "instantaneous" hole in the ocean 16.2 miles wide and about 10,000 feet deep.

Lawrence Livermore Lab (LANL) computed a deep-water tsunami wave height of 100 feet at 600 miles from impact (coming onshore). I computed an increase in this wave height (due to shoaling) of about 260 feet to 310 feet into New York harbor. The speed of the wave would slow down significantly coming onshore but would probably be over 50 mph hitting the Statue of Liberty. There would actually be multiple tsunamis generated. One by the initial pressure "shock" wave hitting the coastline (biggest wave), one or more by the impact/break-up of the comet, and several as the "hole in the ocean refills". [Pat Mundorf said: "I have been shown a large object hitting the Earth, which originated from space, and am given that this is the cause of the waves destroying the Eastern USA seaboard and heavily damaging the Statue of Liberty"].

Summary of Findings from Calculations:

1. The Statue of Liberty has a total height of 351 feet (pedestal to torch). It is made of cast copper (ductile metal - can bend a lot without "breaking"). The statue itself is 151 feet above the pedestal with an average wall thickness of 0.25 inches. The impact of a 280-foot wave hitting the statue would permanently bend the Statue of Liberty backwards anywhere from 15 degrees to 35 degrees depending on actual wave height over a range of probable wave speeds. It would be like clamping a piece of thin wall copper pipe in a vise and hitting it with a hammer at the end of the pipe. [Pat Mundorf said: "Next, I am shown the Statue of Liberty, which has been bent at an angle due to the massive impact of the wave, and only her ahead and raised arm are showing above the water, and the torch is missing from her raised arm"].

2. The torch in the right hand would experience tip accelerations [from wave impact at the center of gravity of statue] greater than 25 g's. It would be like trying to hold a 10-pound bowling ball above your head in a pounding surf. This level of acceleration is adequate to break off the hand with the torch in it. In fact there was a predicted resonance [large vibration/deflection occurring] in the right arm of The Statue of Liberty from this wave impact.

3. LANL's simulation of the 33m tsunami coming onshore the Eastern USA seaboard shows extensive flooding from New York down to the Carolinas but not Florida [except possibly deep-water harbors like Miami]. The flooding occurred all the way to the foot of the Appalachian Mountains. Cities like Norfolk, Boston, New York, Trenton, Baltimore and Philadelphia would be completed flooded but Washington DC was an island (no flooding) because it was so high above sea level but water surrounded it on all sides. [Pat Mundorf said: "All of New York City and Long Island is under water, as well as New Jersey, except for occasional islands of higher land." ... "I was finally shown the White House, D.C., and it was collapsing under the impact of bombs in a war." ].

4. The tsunami described in California has nothing to do with the tsunami in New York (wave would only travel 5 to 200 miles inland). The tsunami does not travel "across country". I was puzzled by the appearance of a tsunami in California as well as the extensive flooding in the middle of the country [not nearly enough water in the tsunami to do this either!]. In reviewing the underwater shock physics, nobody at Sandia or LANL mentioned the major point of this comet impact (which is not the generation of the tsunami!). About 47% of the energy of this huge underwater explosion would go into generating an enormous underwater pressure wave (spreading in all directions and travelling at 5036 feet per sec in seawater). This enormous pressure wave (gradually decaying) would directly strike the continental shelf of the US with a pressure that was calculated to be possibly on the order of 10 to 100 gigatons within 10 minutes after impact of the comet depending on the actual magnitude of explosion. This could create level 4.0 to 8.7 earthquakes all across the United States. If the comet impacted within 10 to 20 miles of the continental shelf then level 8 to 10.5 quakes could possibly occur. The shock wave would travel across the country and would have enough residual energy to shear off a large segment of the coastline of California, Oregon and Washington State (everything west of the San Andreas/Hayward fault structures) by "pushing" or buckling the North American plate against the Pacific continental plate. The collapse of the West Coastline into the Pacific Ocean would create a locally high tsunami all along the West Coast (300 feet to 1700 feet high) causing extensive flooding probably to the foot of the Rockies. It could also trigger extensive volcanic action along fault lines. Lines of volcanic activity several hundred miles long would occur. [Pat Munford said:" I am given the understanding that around this time there are major cataclysms elsewhere. Volcanic eruptions in the North Western USA, which starts a chain of earthquakes, reaching all the way down to California. I am shown the Golden Gate Bridge, which is crushed by the tsunami, except for the northern (Marin County) end. Most all of California is in ruins"].

5. A pressure wave of this magnitude striking the continental shelf (eastern seaboard) would have enough energy to "empty out" or create locally high tsunamis in all the Great Lakes (as well as shock lakes thruout Canada). The tsunami created in Lake Superior would travel westward and flood across Minnesota into the Dakotas. [Think of five large bowls of water (filled to the brim representing the Great Lakes) sitting on your kitchen table and strike the side of the table with a sledgehammer]. Thus, it is possible to empty out the Great Lakes [& St. Lawrence Seaway as well as large Canadian Lakes such as Winnipeg] into middle America and all this water would eventually drain into the "Mississippi River Valley System" forming the proverbial 300 mile wide Mississippi River. Its mouth could extend all the way from Beaumont, Texas to Mobile, Alabama to drain this much water. The huge (underwater) pressure wave hitting the continental shelf is the mechanism by which all this water occurs on the West side of the Appalachian Chain.[Pat Mundorf said: "East of the State of Texas, there is massive destruction that progresses all the way north to Canada, which appears to be like a long river or inland ocean. The Dakotas are mostly covered with water, as is much of the USA. Instead of the continent of the USA one usually sees, I see only scattered islands where the USA had once been."]

6. The huge underwater pressure wave would damage commercial shipping in a 800 to 1400 mile radius (pressure wave hits the bottom of large ships (very much like a depth charge) and knocks the propulsion shafting out of alignment, can crack machinery castings and buckle equipment foundation structure, radar displays/ship antennas would break, circuit breakers would short-out, and there would be numerous possible personnel injuries. In addition, it could kill virtually all the fish and microorganisms in this area from the concussion of the pressure wave. Tsunamis would also hit the European coastline with similar effects. Since the Atlantic Ocean is one of three great oceans think of this comet hit as roughly affecting one fourth to one third of the shipping commerce, fish and people in the world at the time of impact.

Remarks:

In 1936, Edgar Cayce [most documented US "prophet"] is quoted by A.T. Mann in Millennium Prophecies as making the following predictions: (no endorsement of Cayce is made or implied this is strictly just fyi!!)

a. Shifting of poles of earth between 1998 and 2001.

b. Sinking of a greater portion of Japan into sea c. Changing of the upper portion of Europe "in the twinkling of an eye".

d. Disappearance of major portion of New York City

e. Emptying of the Great Lakes into Gulf of Mexico

f. Breaking up of the earth in the western portion of America

g. Upheavals in Arctic and Antarctic that will cause volcanic eruptions in Torrid Zones Comment: If a comet > 1 km in diameter (or piece of a larger comet) hit the North Polar Cap it would completely fracture the ice cap into millions of pieces as well as vaporizing a large part of polar cap since the comet would explode with temperatures between 5000 and 10000 degrees. The large and sudden conversion of the polar ice mass into water vapor and water/ice would instantly flood large parts of northern Europe, northern Canada, Greenland, Siberia, and Japan.The resulting "hail" would be the size of bowling balls or boulders. The earth's rotation would speed up and probably crack the Antarctic ice cap. This would lead to the so-called "polar shift" because the earth would physically rotate 90 degrees to 180 degrees due to the sudden and huge mass imbalance [think of carrying someone on your shoulders and suddenly they lean way over in one direction]. There is considerable evidence that a polar shift has happened in the past due to a comet hit [although it seems to be linked by many researchers to a gradual warming phase of the earth over thousands of years and not a comet hit]. Again the resulting pressure (shock) wave hitting the Arctic Ocean floor could be enough to "trigger" huge volcanic eruptions all over the Pacific Rim by "pushing" down on the mantle. So how did Edgar Casey, Nostradamus, and John The Apostle knows so much about shock wave physics?

NASA estimates that there are 2000 to 3000 asteroids > 1 km in size that cross earth's orbit. We only know where 10% of these asteroids are now located. If one of these asteroids has an orbit such that it comes "out of the sun" towards earth we will never see it coming until the last few minutes before impact-Tora,Tora,Tora!

On October 12 of 2000, the USS Cole was blown up by a small boat carrying explosives by:

(a) 2 US Postal Workers who were disgusted with the mail service on US warships;

(b) 2 Fed Ex employees trying to deliver a fresh load of ammunition;

(c) 2 UPS workers who were tired of wearing their brown uniforms while sweating it out driving their big brown trucks and decided to make a statement about "how hot it could get";

(d) 2 Muslim male extremists mostly between the ages of 17 and 40

On 9/11/01, four airliners were hijacked and destroyed thousands of Innocent lives by:

(a) Bugs Bunny, Wiley E. Coyote, Daffy Duck, and Elmer Fudd.

(b) The Supreme Court of Florida trying to outdo the liberals fantasy about their attempted hijacking of the 2000 Presidential election;

(c) Mr. Bean,

(d) Muslim male extremists mostly between the ages of 17 and 40.

Our Day With Fr. Sudac April 1, 2002

We were blessed to get there on time for the total conference. We had thought we might miss the first speech. There were about 800 people there.

Interestingly there were 3 babies near us through out the day from 8:30AM till 10:00PM. None of these babies cried unless they wanted to be fed. They were so good.

Fr. Sudac is a very humble man. Much I would have said is in the interview from l999 so this won't be too long. He said he hoped we came for the gift of healing rather than coming to see him or his stigmata. There were 4 separate talks, Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Benediction and the Healing Service. He is constantly protected by priests surrounding him as well as the presence of the Knights of Columbus in full regalia. The Knights were in the front and back during procession of the Blessed Sacrament.

Also of note this conference was held at Georgetown Junior & Senior High School in Ohio (don't really know the name of the city - sorry).

Present at this school were over l00 relics (First Class). We were allowed to view and also touch our crucifixes and rosaries to the relics which made our items Third Class Relics. Perhaps if someone from Ohio reads this they can give the name of the city.

I know it was near Cincinnati but that's all. This was a chartered van and someone else did the driving.

Fr. Sudac stressed Confession many times during his talks. He also stressed Forgiveness. Forgiveness of God is number one. Forgiveness of others and then Forgiveness of self. We Must FORGIVE ALL. We must let the past go and forget about it. If our Lord has forgiven us, we MUST forgive ourselves. During the Healing portion of the day, he led us through the Forgiveness prayer using his own words.

Fr. Sudac also indicated that he knows of some events that will happen and he has discussed them with world leaders but could not at this time discuss them with us. I did not know if he was referring to political or religious leaders. On 2 occasions during the conference he said "Time is short" I did not know if he meant the time of the conference was short or if he was referring to other things. Somehow I got the impression that it was referring to events beginning because he said it emphatically. This was my opinion only. My niece missed it and my sister wasn't sure. I felt an urgency both times that he said it.

He emphasized that we must learn to be silent, not so much time with television, computers and music. We must listen to hear the Holy Spirit speak to us. He said the Church is in chaos and confusion. There must always be a Pope. No changes must be made in the structure of the Church!!! None. Yes we must clean up our problems but no changes in the structure as this is how Christ set up the Church. The Holy Spirit will be infusing the Church and the People. We must be holier people. He begged us to pray, pray, pray for Holy Priests and for More Priests.

We must not Judge anyone. We must pray for them. He said we must pray more and more to help our Church through these times that we are in. We must pray for conversion of all. We must not hate anyone but pray for their conversion.

Basically he gave us a roadmap to get closer to the Lord. We must be contrite for our past sins and confession is a must. We must go to confession often, not once a year. Fear of punishment and self hatred are dangerous to our souls. In forgiveness, we learn to love the Lord, others and ourselves more and more. This is very important. If we cannot forgive our lives are meaningless. God is always ready to forgive as in the prodigal son. The problem of forgiveness is in ourselves, only ourselves. Feelings of unworthiness are false feelings. Forget the past and look towards the future. Love is paramount. Using these words we can learn to love more. "Lord God, You know everything You know that I love You." Repeat this phrase as often as necessary.

Pray for the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Do not ask for specific Gifts, be open to receive what the Holy Spirit will give you. We are challenged to Grow, to become a new creation. The Church needs the Holy Spirit NOW. The Church needs people filled with the Holy Spirit NOW.

Open Scripture and read more and more. Pray with faith and longing. Pray with love in your heart.

Fr. Sudac laid hands on those who were disabled and processed with the Blessed Sacrament throughout the room stopping where he felt the most need. He encouraged songs of praise and worship and it was beautiful. There were many tears and much joy felt by those in attendance.

I end by saying that if you have the chance, please go to see Fr. Sudac. He is a good and Holy priest.

Subject: Update on Bill Mundorf & Mary's Mantle Ministries

Joyce writes:

Bill Mundorf called me today. I hadn't talked to him since Pat died but had been updated by people who had been in touch with him.

Bill wanted me to let everyone know that he is keeping the grounds open on the 1st and 3rdSaturday of the month and he feels that Blessed Mother is there. He tries to follow the format that Pat used for prayers on those days but since he is relatively new Catholic he doesn't pray the Rosary by himself. During the week he prays the Rosary and Litanies and other prayers that he finds hard to get or understand with EWTN.

Few people have come since Pat died but some have come to visit him or be there on a 1st or 3rdSaturday.

A sweet story is that a Grandma came bringing a baby that was born on Feb.14. The way I understand it Pat had prayed over the Mother when she was pregnant and so Grandma brought the baby to see Bill. He seemed really pleased by the visit. He is very lonely and he is struggling with finances not only for taking care of home and utilies etc but for Mary's Mantle Ministries

Both he and Pat were on disability the only source of their income and now with Pat's income no longer coming in things are tight.. He sends out rose pedals and other things that Pat used to send.

He said that a woman from California who had come to visit recently and he gave rose petals too and I forget what else said that she had had a healing

Bill also said that he had been taking some pictures of some of the icons and pictures in their home and he had some miracle pictures from doing so.

It is his intention to keep Mary's Mantle Ministries going

He pays someone to take the garbage out to where it is collected because he can't and he doesn't know what he is going to do about the grass and weeds he can't reach with the riding lawnmower he has especially around the little Shrine to Mary where there are tables and chairs etc and you have to have a regular lawmower . As you may know Bill can not lift or should not lift anything and he can only walk a little bit. He said that his hernia weighs 55 pounds now and of course puts pressure on all his internal organs. His pacemaker is working o.k and with the new technology he has a device where he calls a number the downloads the information from his pacemaker to check on it.

He was telling me about the house and how there seems to be more and more separation and swelling that doors won't close and there are gaps around windows and doors. House is at least a 100 years old. I was thinking wouldn't it be wonderful if some people could get together and go and fix up and repair what they could do for Bill and for Mother Mary. It would also be nice if someone in the area could take care of the extra yard work including weeding and trimming during the summer and see if they could do anything for him. He also said that some of the rose bushes and holly plants had died, He knows no one in the area that would help him out

One story Bill told me was that he wears a crucifix on a rope around his neck. He says that so far it has come untied 13 times even tho he double knots it. He thinks it is Pat doing this.

He misses her so much and still doesn't understand why God had to take her home when there was still stuff she was supposed to get done. He intends for the property to always be a refuge Like Mother Mary told Pat it would be.

Also if anyone would want to call him. He goes to be by 7:00 p.m Kansas time and I guess he doesn't have a phone upstairs and once he gets up there he doesn't come back down cause it is too difficult to climb or go down the stairs.. I will insert the bio I had for Pat that has address in it both for visiting for 1st or 3rd Saturday or anytime and to write to Bill. I guess he never did learn to use the webTV to write to people by email.

Please pray for Bill. Pray for financial help and for people to volunteer to help with yard work. House repair or whatever else might be needed. Joyce

If you wish for Fr. Sudac to come to your parish you must speak to your pastor. We do not accept any invitation to come to your church from parishioners or lay-people. Your pastor must receive permission from the local Bishop in writing. The pastor must then write a letter of invitation ( and include a copy of the Bishops letter), to Fr. Sudac at P.O. Box 710, Fairview, NJ 07022. Once we receive an invitation in writing we will contact the pastor and set a date.

"During Peace Rosary - heard '1967 to occur - it's back again'"

On January 8, 1996, the Prayer Warrior heard the above line. She reminded me about it recently, and I asked her if she wanted me to post it as a reminder because of the horrible escalation of violence in the Middle East right now. At first she said that we should wait, and then she emailed this to me:

"Maybe we should bring it up - after all, that's why He gives me these things - which He sort of reminded me of, after I said sit on it for a while - to pray about. Blessed Mother keeps telling us that prayer and fasting can stops wars and other disasters."

Whether this "Word" deals with Israel today or not ... we all need to do some very serious praying and fasting for the Lord to intervene in the situation over there.

The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, By Its Self-Offerings In The Most Holy Sacrament, Appeases The Divine Justice, And Procures For Us Measureless Graces.


1. The voice of Jesus. -- My Child, thus says the Lord:  In every place there is sacrificed and offered to My Name a clean Oblation; for great is My Name among the nations.

This, My Child, is that Victim of salvation, which, once offered on the Holy Mountain for the Redemption of all, is offered daily throughout the world to apply My merits to each one in particular unto the forgiveness of sins, which are daily committed.

For, knowing that the nature of them that were to believe in Me, would be such, that they should all offend in many things; moved by the love of My Heart, I instituted a Sacrifice, not only of supreme worship and thanksgiving, but also of atonement and impetration:  by the offering of which, God, being appeased, after granting the grace and gift of repentance, would also pardon crimes and offenses, and liberally bestow His favors.

The same Sacrifice, that I formerly offered upon the cross, I now offer upon the altar, -- not indeed in a bloody manner as then, but with the same love of Heart.

As often, therefore, as this ever-enduring Sacrifice is offered, as often as the remembrance of this Victim is celebrated, the work of man's Redemption is renewed.

Upon this Oblation the Almighty Father ever deigns to look with a propitious and favorable eye, and He holds the same more acceptable than the holy sacrifice, the spotless offering which the High-priest Melchisedech, presented to Him.

Whence also the Church, full of confidence, prays God the Father, that hereby the faithful may be freed from all evils, past, present, and future; and that, assisted by the help of the divine mercy, they may be free from sin, and secure from all disturbance.

For, what can the eternal Father refuse, when He beholds Me, His only Son, through zeal for His honor and love for men, immolated upon the altar and lying there the victim of His glory; whilst My Heart and My very Blood cry out and intercede for My brethren?

2. Most assuredly this Oblation, so pre-eminently clean, -- presented by the ministry of priests, through Myself, with the infinite affection of My Heart, to the Heavenly Father, -- is ever pleasing to Him, is ever regarded for its dignity.

Thus indeed, many others are made priests, because death suffered them not to remain, and because this Victim is offered in every place:  but I, since I endure forever, possess an everlasting priesthood.  Whence also I can save, forever, those that, through Me, draw nigh to God.

The earth, therefore, is, as it were, uninterruptedly crimsoned by the offering of this most sacred Victim; and its fragrance, blending with the virtues and merits of My Heart, is unceasingly ascending to the Father for an odor of sweetness.

If the many sins of men do much offend the divine Majesty, and provoke His justice, this holy Sacrifice does incomparably move to honor and appease the same; since His only-begotten Son pleases Him infinitely more than all sinners displease Him.

What land on earth is not, in some manner, dyed with the blood of My Heart, or what spot is excluded from Its prayers and protection?  What region, then, in this world, can God smite, without striking a place defended by the Heart of His Son?

Behold! sinners have sinned, and they were not, according to their deserts, cast into the pool of fire everlasting:  yea, they are even suffered to live, not indeed that they may continue to sin, but that they may save themselves.

For I place Myself between God My Father and the sinners; for them I offer Myself, and make intercession:  Look Thou, holy and righteous Father behold My hands, and My Side:  see how much they have cost Thy Son!  by the love, wherewith Thou lovest Me, spare, Father, spare Thy people.

3. My Child, ought not the sinner to yield to so great a goodness, whereby I keep hell shut, lest he be swallowed up therein; whereby I restrain the demons, lest they carry him off; whereby I stay the arm of the Almighty, lest the bolts of divine justice destroy him?

Thou shouldst indeed wonder, didst thou see all the secret means which My Heart here employs to save souls; which, unless I turned away the divine wrath from them, should soon be deservedly devoured.

If now, as of old, sudden and immutable punishment is not inflicted upon the wicked; they should remember that it is owing to the Sacrifice of My Heart, whereby the whole world is preserved.

Lo, Child, how My Heart loves, everywhere mindful of men, even of the most wretched; everywhere promoting the salvation of souls.

4. With what sentiments, then is it befitting that thou shouldst approach this mystery, whence thou mayst obtain remedies so great!  Whence thou mayst secure graces and favors of every kind:  for it is of infinite value.

But, although this Sacrifice is of infinite value, the fruit thereof is, however, applied to man in a limited manner, according to the liveliness of the faith and devotedness, the disposition of the soul of him that assists thereat, or for whom it is offered up; as the Church, taught by the Holy Spirit, insinuates, when during the Sacrifice, she prays God to remember His servants, and all the bystanders, whose faith is acknowledged, and whose devotedness is known by Him.

Wherefore, My Child, do thou celebrate or hear Mass with a lively faith, a true devotion, a holy disposition; that thou mayst deserve to obtain the greatest fruit of the Sacrifice, and secure all the graces for which thou prayest.

For the divine Clemency grants, without doubt, to them that are rightly disposed, whatsoever favors they ask during the Mass; nay, frequently bestows liberally blessings for which they did not petition.

Remember this, Child, that piously to hear Mass is a most wholesome means to keep thyself from dangers, to preserve thyself from an unforeseen death, and to follow the path of righteousness.

If thou wilt lay up merits so often as it is permitted, be thou present at the Sacrifice of the Mass, for, by the devout hearing of one Mass, thou meritest far more than if, through devotion, thou didst macerate thyself for a long time by fasts and austerities, or didst undertake a distant pilgrimage.

Lastly, if thou desirest to make thyself agreeable to My Heart, assist at Mass as frequently and as devoutly as possible; for this Sacrifice glorifies the most Holy Trinity, rejoices the Angels and Saints, enriches the just with grace, helps sinners for their conversion, relieves the souls detained in purgatory, in fine, cheers and comforts the whole Church on earth---"
