I am taking this from a letter, in the current Nexus Magazine.

Apparently during the Nato military operations in Serbia in 1998, witnesses reported some really weird phenomena. The weather, during height of the bombing campaign in Serbia was very unusual. Huge black clouds, materialised out of clear blue sky - and stayed there until the end of the allied air campaign.

There was no rain falling from those clouds. What did fall on Belgrade, were hailstones the size of eggs. There are still the marks on the roofs of the houses were they landed. During that time, witnesses also reported strange lightning, which lasted for hours - and looked like nothing that they had seen before.

Accompanying this, was thunder that was equally as strange. It was far louder than any of the NATO bomb. A couple of days before, the capitulation of the Serbian army, there was even a minor earthquake in Belgrade.

Since then Serbia, has experienced one of the longest droughts in its history. For the last two years there has been no snow - and the climate has changed permanently. Everywhere around Serbia, which is a surprisingly small state, the weather is exactly the same as it always was. The winter has also been very warm, with temperatures at 19C or 66.2F.

Last week, Serb scientists reported, that the electromagnetic field over Serbia has been punctured. The hole is exactly the size of Serbia, as it starts at the border between Kosovo in the south, and ends at the old Yugoslav Hungarian border in the north.

The rain which normally falls on Serbia now miss - and fall on surrounding Balkan land. All of this, is about to cause the worst drought ever to hit Serbia.

It seems, that this is HAARP at work.
