We're back! We apologize for yesterday, however there was nothing we could do! The computer is now up and running, although it will be a while before I have it set back up the way I want it. Lesson learned: Never trust a room full of computer geeks who tell you that they'll have your computer upgraded and purring like a kitten in no time!
