    Simbahayan: Buhay-Pagtatanggol

I was made aware of this web site by Dr. Brian Kopp ... and I was amazed at the wealth of prolife information contained on the site. This is what it has to say about its purpose:

"Catholic teaching accepts the natural truth that the family is the basic human society. On top of its natural dignity, the family has been raised by Jesus Christ -- by virtue of the Sacrament of Matrimony -- to the nature of a "Domestic Church". The wider community of believers more commonly known as "the Church" is best understood in turn to be the "Family of God", a communion of persons with God as Father, we as children (through, with and in Jesus Christ His Son), and with a divinely appointed mother, Mary the mother of Jesus. Buhay-Pagtatanggol refers to the last of five main segments of family life formation adopted by the Simbahayan sa Maynila. The family and human life itself has come under siege. Pope John Paul II himself has warned against the "culture of death" and "conspiracy against life" and urges one and all to vigorously promote a "civilization of life". The following is your jumping board to specific subject areas on defending life and the family, examined from the perspectives of faith, science, and experience. "

Take the time to check this out and bookmark it. It's more than worth it.
